Fuerteventura Success

Lisa Faye’s trip to Fuerteventura was very successful. Not only a sell out show, but an interview on QFM Radio – the local radio station and also her own songs being played over the air waves.

Lisa Faye was out on Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands singing at Castaways in Corralejo. She joined Phil Richards to perform their musical celebration to the music of Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond to a packed house. Lisa Faye’s rendition of ‘Woman In Love’ was a sure fire hit as was the finale of ‘You Don’t Bring Me Flowers’.

Radio QFM played several of Lisa Faye’s recordings during the 1 hour interview, such as ‘Two Hearts’, Lisa Faye’s own song and a dedication of ‘Cry Me A River’ for a couple’s wedding anniversary.

‘Streisand – The Concert’ in Spain!

Lisa Faye will be performing her show , ‘Streisand – The Concert’ in Spain tomorrow evening – Friday 1st October. A last minute call has her flying out today to perform on the Canary Island of Fuerteventura.

Lisa Faye will be flying solo…minus her pianist this time…but looking forward to singing in the sunshine!

Neil Diamond & Barbra Streisand Celebration Tour!

Well the ‘Neil Diamond & Barbra Streisand Celebration’ tour has come to an end and how great it was! Phil Richards has returned to Castaways, Corralejo, Fuerteventura amidst volcanic ash and Lisa Faye has returned to Winchester to prepare for taking’ Streisand – The Concert’ to this years Edinburgh Festival !

A big thank you to The Wonston Arms, Wonston, Hampshire, Rawdon Golf Club, Leeds and The Black Swan, Warrington. And of course to all the fans who came along to support Lisa Faye & Phil Richards on their first tour!

Happy New Year ! I hope you all had a great Christmas and wish you a great 2010! Mine starts off with me going to Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands for a couple of days to sing at Castaways Music Bar, Corralejo. Performing my Streisand show alongside Phil Richards as we celebrate the music of Neil Diamond and Barbra Streisand. Piano lessons and singing lessons have started again for those who can make it through the snow and I am planning great things for 2010 so keep in touch! Lisa Faye x

Streisand Show in Fuerteventura

I am the No.1 show on this sunny canary Isle weekend – Yipee!

Here I am out in Corralejo, Fuerteventura. I arrived yesterday and will be singing in around 2 hours time in ‘Castaways’ Music Bar on the sea front Corralejo, looking over to Lanzarote – what a gig! I am performing my celebration of the music and life of Barbra Streisand together with Phil Richards who will be celebrating the music of Neil Diamond. The sun is just setting and for anyone who hasn’t been out here it is the best!

After the short burst of sunshine, its back to the Autumn in the UK & a full full diary of events – where are you coming to see me next !?

‘Dinner With A Diva’ across the sea!

I am just getting ready to perform my, ‘Dinner With A Diva’ show at Castaways Music Bar, Corralejo, Fuerteventura. Tonight’s show is a celebration of the music of some of the greatest Diva’s past and present including Judy Garland, Shirley Bassey, Ella Fitzgerald etc. Tonight’s show will also include music from pop Diva’s including Shania Twain, Cher, Celine Dion and Tina Turner.

Castaways Music Bar in Corralejo, Fuerteventura have just confirmed that Lisa Faye will also be performing on Sunday 19th April, an additional date, whilst on the sunny Island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands.

Tourists on holiday in Fuerteventura are in for a treat with 2 opportunities to see Lisa Faye perform her show’s. Lisa Faye is returning back to Castaways Music Bar in Corralejo after being invited back to perform by the owner Phil Richards, also a professional artiste who fronts his famous Neil Diamond Tribute show at his exclusive own venue.

It’s only 4 hours flying time from the UK, so why not hop on a plane and get a dose of lovely warm spring sunshine and sit back and watch Lisa Faye deliver her best show yet while overlooking Corralejo’s tranquil harbour !

Castaways Music Bar in Corralejo, Fuerteventura have confirmed that Lisa Faye will be performing her Barbra Streisand Tribute show over the weekend of 13th March 2009…..on the sunny Island of Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands. Lisa Faye has performed her celebration to the music of Barbra Streisand to many audiences at private VIP functions in the UK.
