Well tonight is the last show on board The Black Watch, I have had a fabulous 2 weeks entertaining passengers and made some great new friends. Tonight’s show is a farewell show and I will be singing Shirley Bassey’s version of S’Wonderful, Happy Days Are Hear Again and Tina Turner’s Simply The Best, because it really has been a great cruise and I have been made to feel very welcome by Fred Olsen.

You Don’t Bring Me Flowers

In one of my shows earlier this week on board the Fred Olsen cruise ship, Black Watch I sang the famous Barbra Streisand and Neil Diamond duet, ‘You Don’t Bring Me Flowers’ during my cabaret show. Well at last nights show a passenger,Larry, came up on stage and presented me with these flowers at the end of my show. How lovely and I will treasure them for ever as they are everlasting flowers. Thank you Larry and Wendy.

Streisand The Main Event at Sea

Last night was showtime once again on board The Black Watch and I performed a cut down version of ‘Streisand The Main Event’ which included, The Main Event, You’ll Never Know, a Funny Girl Medley, Evergreen, The Way We Were and Somewhere. Mayor of Winchester

Here is a photograph of Lisa Faye and The Mayor of Winchester, Barry Lipscomb at The Great Hall in Winchester during Wednesday’s concert. Lisa Faye was singing a selection of songs from the musicals along with Winchester Youth Orchestra and The Dever Singers. The evening was in aid of The Mayor of Winchesters chosen charities, Hampshire Air Ambulance and Rifles.

After boarding The Black Watch, Fred Olsen Cruise Ship yesterday in Southampton I am now at sea in The Bay of Biscay. Tonight I have my first show onboard and I am delighted as it’s formal night, where passengers dress up in black tie and evening dress.
Tonight’s show is ‘Songs from the Divas’ and will include songs made famous by Ella Fitzgerald, Peggy Lee, Barbra Streisand and Shirley Bassey!

Royal Winchester Wedding!

Lisa Faye will be providing a very special selection of songs for the evening wedding entertainment of Elaine and Terry on May 19th at The Royal Winchester Hotel.

They have chosen Lisa Faye and her Live Disco Show to provide the music for their first dance and on into the night. The entertainment will combine music from the 60’s through to the present day so the Bride and Groom and their guests can dance the night away.

Jubilee Weekend Celebrations!

Lisa Faye will be celebrating the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee by performing at ‘The Jubilee On The Gratton’ in Sutton Scotney on Monday 4th June from 6.30pm.

Lisa Faye will be joining other bands and musicians in celebrating the Jubilee with a fantastic concert, which will follow a whole days events on The Gratton including Fancy Dress, Olympic Games, Cake Making, a Pram Race.

Lisa Faye performed to a record audience last night, her largest yet – 2,500 ladies at The Bournemouth International Centre.

Lisa Faye sang a selection of Barbra Streisand songs taken from her show, ‘Streisand – The Main Event’ including Woman In Love, The Way We Were and Second Hand Rose and Hello Dolly which had the audience singing along! ’To hear 2,500 ladies singing along to Hello Dolly, was just amazing!’ said Lisa Faye
