What a start to the week a lunchtime show for Sutton Scotney Sunshine Club! Monday saw Lisa Faye singing a selection of songs for the club’s members ranging from Ella Fitzgerald’s – A Tisket A Tasket through to Marilyn Monroe’s Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend and finishing off with Judy Garlands Get Happy! The members were so grateful they presented Lisa Faye with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and afterwards joined members for a cup of tea and a slice of cake (hand made by Mrs Martin). What a lovely afternoon! The Sunshine Club is for the over 55’s and they meet on Monday’s at Victoria Hall, Sutton Scotney, Winchester where they enjoy a variety of activities.
