For those who don’t know the Edinburgh Festival Fringe is the largest arts festival in the world and it kicked off yesterday 6 August with more than 21,000 performers in almost 2,500 shows, of which Lisa Faye with her show, ‘Streisand – The Concert’ will be one come 22 – 30 August!

The BBC have given us a taster of what you can expect, how it all started and why we go back year after year in their piece, ‘Stage set for Edinburgh Fringe Success’ online at BBC Scotland
